May 18 - ISK Trip Leader Clinic Today, ISK held its first Trip Leader Training Clinic. The morning was spent in a classroom setting, and the afternoon was full of "scenarios" on Lake Calhoun. The training included topics such as pre-trip planning, effective leadership, decision-making styles, and trip safety. The day combined learning with fun and was an overall success.
