ISK Trip to Voyageurs National Park, September 24-28, 2009
Ten ISK members caravanned from the Twin Cities to the Ash River Visitors Center at Voyageurs National Park for 4 days of paddling. Click Here for the full set of pictures on Picasa.
Western portion of our route
Beginning at Ash River Visitor Center, we paddled north and east to the Kettle Falls area on Day 1 (Thursday), then south and east to the Wolf Pack Islands area on Day 2. On Day 3 we paddled east toward Blind Pig Island before heading south.
